I don't get political much, but if you give even the smallest shit about our nation, our fandom, or its creators, you'll vote blue down the ticket in the next and every following election, presuming we're actually given the opportunity to do so. We've given the Republicans in the USA a chance to prove they 'aren't as bad as we say they are', and they immediately exceeded all of our worst nightmares in only 100 days and are staging for much more radical policy in the near future. This is not the idea of America that our ancestors, fathers and brothers and sisters fought and died for.

Please keep fighting for rights and equality for all, for freedom of ideas and art, for progress, and for your fellow citizens who are just trying to make it through the day.
