The Lamplighter
An arctic fox known only as “The Lamplighter”. He is a humble Dragonkin monk with a sworn oath to “Hold up a lamp against all darkness”. Faithful follower of a fire-aspect desert dragon known only as Rust. Despite his hybrid nature, he considers himself - and walks as - one among the Travelers. He has one bad eye. Dresses in robes, embroidered with iconography of his patron dragon. Frequents his time in devotion to his patron dragon, ensuring - with his kin - that the city's lamps stay lit through the night to keep the demons and monsters of the night at bay so the city's inhabitants can sleep soundly.
The Lamplighter walked The Cycle twice before settling into the great desert city of Beggar's Ruin

When called upon to serve, he clutches his medallion and prays to his patron dragon. If his cause is found worthy and his prayers are answered, his robes burst into flame and transform into his warrior clothing. In the flame, smoke and ash his flaming sword manifests in his hand, as well as a dagger and several incendiary devices that transmute lamp oil into the fuel for dragon-fire, functioning much like Molotov cocktails when thrown, though the fuel can be decanted without ignition for other purposes. He has the ability to create small flames at a distance, sufficient with which to light lamps, candles, or ignite flammable materials.
